Rearranging the pages of a PDF is a small job. You scanned a contract back-to-front, or a report's summary ended up at the end, and you just want it fixed. Yet most tools for this simple task ask for a lot in return: your file gets uploaded to a server you know nothing about, you hit a daily limit after two documents, and there's usually an upgrade prompt waiting.

We built Rearrange PDF because none of that is necessary. Page reordering doesn't need a server — a modern browser has everything required to read, display and rebuild a PDF. So that's all this site is: a single page, a drop zone, and a grid of thumbnails you can drag around. No uploads, no accounts, no ads, no limits.

How it works

Under the hood, the tool uses two open-source libraries that run entirely in your browser: PDF.js renders each page as a thumbnail, andpdf-lib assembles your new document by copying the original pages — byte-for-byte, so formatting, fonts and quality are preserved exactly. When you click download, the finished PDF is created right there in the tab and handed to your browser's save dialog.
